SSi will custom design and build your cheese cutting device for required product pound-per-cycle, location, and sanitation requirements. Product block sizes can vary per customer as every harp is custom designed to fit your needs. SSi always keeps safety in mind when designing and fabricating our product cutting devices. All harp components are easy to assemble and disassemble for sanitation purposes.

• Optional 4″ x 2″ casters with wash-through caster plates
• All food contact areas polished to a 32RA finish
• Any mounting surfaces will incorporate stand-offs to eliminate dirt pockets
